How to make an on-line payment?

1. Select Property tax billing.
2. Select View under registered account , this will display account details
3. Select Pay online by payment card, this will  re-routed you to the Paymentus website
4. Once Paymentus site has launched, enter your 19 digit property tax account number
5. Select Verify Service Address button
6. Select  Continueif address is correct
7. Enter all required info (*)
   1. First name, Last name, phone #,
   2. Email address (x2)
8. Select payment method from drop-down.
9. Select Continue
10. Enter card information – card type, card number, card security #, expiration date, cardholder name, payment amount (example 100.00)
11. Select Continue
12. Verify information entered
    1. Agree to service charge (Select box)
    2. Agree to terms and conditions (Select box)
13. Select Make Payment

Note:A confirmation screen with a reference number will confirm the online payment card payment is submitted. Client will also receive an email confirming the transaction email. Client can; make another payment, print the page, close the window and return to My ServiceOttawa, Or return to Ottawa.ca
