How do I login / logout of My ServiceOttawa?

To log in:

  1. Select the Login/Register button at the top right hand corner of the page.
  2. Enter your credentials (email address and password).
  3. Select the 'Login' button to submit your credentials.

If you are unable to remember your password, please follow the instructions on How to Reset a Password.

If you cannot remember your e-mail address, you will need to create a new account. Follow the instructions on "Creating a My ServiceOttawa account".

To log out:

  1. Select 'Logout' while you are logged into your account.

If you remain inactive for more than 20 minutes, My ServiceOttawa will automatically log you out.

If you close the browser you were using while logged into My ServiceOttawa, you will be automatically logged out.
