How to register for online tax and water certificate requests?

Log in to My ServiceOttawa
Under Tax and water certificates, select Register or sign-in.
Enter or confirm profile information and check box to consent to sharing of information for use of the service, select I agree.
Enter your firm ID and access code in the fields provided.
Verify the information is correct, select Register.
Click Yes, the information displayed above is correct.
Select Confirm
The account is successfully registered.
