How do I change my phone number or email address?

1. Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
2. To update your phone number: At the top right of the page under Settings, select Profile from the drop-down menu.
3. Edit the phone number and extension fields as necessary.
4. Select the Save button at the bottom of the page to save changes.
5. To update your email address: At the top right of the page under Settings, select General settings from the drop-down menu.
6. Select Change email and enter in the new email address in both the New email address field and the Confirm new email address field along with the current password for your My ServiceOttawa account in the Current password field.
7. Select the Change button at the bottom of the page to save change.

Note: When updating email address, a confirmation email will be sent to the new email address to confirm the change. The change must be confirmed by clicking the email link within 48 hours for the change to be processed; otherwise, the account will continue to be accessible with the original email.
