How do I change my PAD banking information?

To update your banking information:

  1. Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
  2. Select View water account.
  3. Select account from the drop down beside the account #.
  4. Click on Pre-authorized payment in the menu on the left.
  5. Click on the edit/stop button.
  6. Fill out the required form fields: Payment Method, Account Holder Name, Financial Institution, Transit Number, and Bank Account Number.
  7. Read Terms and Conditions before clicking in the box indicating you have done so.
  8. Click on the Submit button.

Note: Please note that the Revenue branch requires 9 days’ notice to update PAD banking information.  If you have a withdrawal scheduled within the 9-day period, the funds will be withdrawn from the original bank account.
