To update your banking information:
- Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
- Select View water account.
- Select account from the drop down beside the account #.
- Click on Pre-authorized payment in the menu on the left.
- Click on the edit/stop button.
- Fill out the required form fields: Payment Method, Account Holder Name, Financial Institution, Transit Number, and Bank Account Number.
- Read Terms and Conditions before clicking in the box indicating you have done so.
- Click on the Submit button.
Note: Please note that the Revenue branch requires 9 days’ notice to update PAD banking information. If you have a withdrawal scheduled within the 9-day period, the funds will be withdrawn from the original bank account.
