How do I update my Property tax mailing address through My ServiceOttawa?

NOTE: A property address refers to where the property for a tax account is located. The mailing address refers to where the tax bills are mailed to, which can be different from the property address if desired.

1. Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
2. Select View tax accounts.
3. Select View beside the account you would like to update.
4. Select Update mailing address link in the account details box.
5. Enter the new mailing address.
6. Select Submit request.

Confirmation notice that changes were submitted will appear at the top of the screen:
