How do I access the My ServiceOttawa Help tab while completing my application in the online customer portal?

While completing your application process, the Help tab in My ServiceOttawa will no longer be accessible. Please review all questions prior to submitting your application and open any PDF document in advance, so you can easily refer to them should questions arise.
