The open air fire permit PIN is not working, what can I do?

Please note that it is difficult to distinguish between '1' (one) and 'I' (eye) as well as '0' (zero) and 'O' (oh). Please be careful when identifying these characters. Your 'PIN' can be found on your renewal notification letter(s) from the City of Ottawa. If you require additional assitance to obtain your PIN number, please contact 3-1-1.
