The pet registration PIN is not working, what can I do?

At times, the capital letter “O” and the number zero “0” may be interchanged in the PIN number entry causing an error message to occur.  We would appreciate if you could attempt to login again, only this time, please cut and paste the PIN, then the TAG number into the fields when the system requests them (rather than typing them in).  If you are successful, you will be able to make changes to your account, including address changes, name changes, pet status changes, etc
