When you register for paperless billing an email will be sent to your email address notifying you that your bill is ready for viewing with the amount, due date and link to My ServiceOttawa. The bill is available in HTML format or PDF format. See How do I view and print a property tax bill?
You can switch to paper bill by selecting “Billing method.”
