How do I update my Water utility bill mailing address through My ServiceOttawa?

Note: A service address refers to where the property for your water and sewer account is located. The mailing address refers to where the water and sewer bills are mailed to; which can be different from the service address if desired.

1. Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
2. Select View water account.
3. Select Manage account.
4. Select Edit Mailing Address link.
5. Select the account you wish to edit and click Update.
6. Enter the new mailing address.
7. Select Save button.
8. A confirmation  notice that changes were submitted will appear at the top of the screen.
9. Please allow 5 business days for your request to be processed
