How do I view and print a water and sewer bill?

  1. Log in to My ServiceOttawa.
  2. Select Services from the left menu then Water and sewer billing.
  3. Select View on the registered account.
  4. Select View bills under registered account to view the account.
  5. Under bill history, find the bill you wish to view or print.
  6. Select HTML for viewing and PDF to download. The PDF will open in a new window.
  7. To print, select Print from the PDF screen.
