How do I access and track my Service Requests?

  1. Log into your My ServiceOttawa account.
  2. On the Dashboard, your most recent Service requests will be visible under the "Service request" widget. 
  3. To view your full service request history or to submit a new request, please select "Submit new request and view history".

If you have no open or closed Service Requests, a message will appear saying so.

You will be able to see the Service Request Number, Status, Type, and Creation Date. Please note that there will only be a Status of Open or Closed.

You can only see service requests that were created with the same email address you have provided to your My ServiceOttawa Account.
