- Enter the email address
Note: If you do not remember the email address, you will need to create a new account.
- Select the Submit– An email has been sent to your Inbox.
- Retrieve the email that was sent to your Inbox.
Note: Check your Junk Mail / Spam folder if you do not see it in your Inbox. There may also be a delay of a few minutes.
- Select the link in the email.
- Enter a new password and confirm by entering it a second time.
- Select the 'Submit' button –: 'Your password has been successfully changed'.
