How do I manage the ‘Garbage and recycling schedule’ settings?

  1. From the Navigation menu, open the 'Services' drop-down menu and select 'Garbage and recycling schedule'.
  2. You will be prompted to enter your home address if you haven't already done so on the profile page. Enter your address and select the 'Search' button.
  3. Your address and location will now be displayed and you will be prompted to confirm that this is the correct address and location.
  4. Once confirmed, your 'Garbage and recycling schedule' will be displayed.

Please note that no address information will be pushed back to your personal profile.

If you already have an address entered in your profile and you access the 'Garbage and recycling schedule', the system will try to resolve the address and display the schedule associated with that address entered in your profile. If it can't, you will be prompted to enter your address as outlined in the steps above.
